We were looking at the phil and teds, but I don't think its the best for what i want, so now I've just bought a single macleren stroller for in the car and will use that along wiht a sling (will have a 22month gap), and then am looking out for a second hand double mountain buggy - these just seem to suit what i want better - both can recline fully (important since dd has her day sleeps in the pram), andhas a big shopping basket (so I can walk to the shops a couple of times a week). I've seen a fair few on ebay so now I'll just keep a look out.

I have the adventure buggy with the toddler seat.
Fitting it in the car is a pain cause I have to remove the toddler seat put it all in the boot then when I get it out reattach it and at first it was quite fiddly to get off, easy to get on tho. (once you know how). The inside of the pram comes with 2 parts, the newborn part is flat so you can't elevate them and then when they get to wanting to sit up a little you have to chnage the whole inside bit which means that once they are in the elevated part you can't lie them flat. I hope that makes sense. But DD2 still manages to sleep in it.

Its great because its easy to manouvere around and DD1 loves sitting up where she does, much happier being in the pram when she can see so well from the toddler seat. Plus now DD2 has just been siitng up in the pram rather than the flat position she can look around without having another seat blocking her way like alot of those toddler seats do. If you go shopping its easier to get into shops than a side by side. I bought mine 2nd hand off e-bay.

I paid $208 I think on e-bay and that included both the pram and the toddler seat. It took me a few months to get one too, had to wait to find one within distance for me to pick up then had to win it. Watch a few for awhile to see what they sell for to get an idea.
