ABC buggy pram whats your thoughts? or other types

o.k im after a pram that will see me though currently my 4 year old sometimes uses the pram on long days and Josiah nearly 1 uses it obviously. Well congratulations to me im preggers and want need some advice?! Would i have more kids after this YES is that's anything to help out with advice thanks in advance.

Is the abc buggy's any good? what type of cars do they fit in? would it be the best option for me? converting it to my dailey needs?

do you own what what reviews have you heard? i dont want a pram where one child is underneath the other IYKWIM, sorta not gonna suit my lifestyle.
BTW not gonna rush out and buy one not for months yet but thinking what would suit our needs.

what do u have and why? whats the best features? how much also if ya dont mind me asking?

We bought the Baby Jogger City Elite and are very happy with our purchase. We're obviously yet to give it a test run with our baby but I haven't read any bad reviews on it as yet. I honestly think it would be hard to find any faults with it, it's a brilliant design.

We are planning on roughly a 3 year difference between our kids so a reclining toddler seat wasn't really necessary. The City Elite toddler seat attaches to the front of the pram, above the younger child. It's super easy to attach and detach too. The pram folds easily with one hand (see their website for a demo - it really is as simple as it looks!) and it has so many other great features such as the huge sun shade, magnetic (instead of valcro) attachments for ventalation flaps, very easy to use brake (you can actually use your foot unlike some prams on the market!) and the list goes on.

We paid $900 for ours. The jump seat (toddler seat) is about $130

I haven't used an ABC adventure buggy but have seen one in realy life, it was a twin one with a seat on top to, 3 kids under 2, twins where the older of them and I stoped and talked to the dad who was using it, he reckons they are great, he had the baby on the top.

If I was going to have more and close together I would of gone with one of those, but I have had my last bub now.

Would be worthwhile checking out the Adventure Buggy website. The demo they had to fold it to put it in the boot was not a good selling point in my opinion. If that is the only way for it to fit in a standard boot, they need to rethink their design. It took ages!!

My sister has an Adventure Buggy and it's really big and heavy but a good pram. I'm sure they've come along way in the past 4 years though (I did read that they are 10kgs somewhere which is standard for a good 3 wheeler) but they still seem to be quite bulky when folded.

We were looking at the phil and teds, but I don't think its the best for what i want, so now I've just bought a single macleren stroller for in the car and will use that along wiht a sling (will have a 22month gap), and then am looking out for a second hand double mountain buggy - these just seem to suit what i want better - both can recline fully (important since dd has her day sleeps in the pram), andhas a big shopping basket (so I can walk to the shops a couple of times a week). I've seen a fair few on ebay so now I'll just keep a look out.

I have the adventure buggy with the toddler seat.
Fitting it in the car is a pain cause I have to remove the toddler seat put it all in the boot then when I get it out reattach it and at first it was quite fiddly to get off, easy to get on tho. (once you know how). The inside of the pram comes with 2 parts, the newborn part is flat so you can't elevate them and then when they get to wanting to sit up a little you have to chnage the whole inside bit which means that once they are in the elevated part you can't lie them flat. I hope that makes sense. But DD2 still manages to sleep in it.

Its great because its easy to manouvere around and DD1 loves sitting up where she does, much happier being in the pram when she can see so well from the toddler seat. Plus now DD2 has just been siitng up in the pram rather than the flat position she can look around without having another seat blocking her way like alot of those toddler seats do. If you go shopping its easier to get into shops than a side by side. I bought mine 2nd hand off e-bay.

I paid $208 I think on e-bay and that included both the pram and the toddler seat. It took me a few months to get one too, had to wait to find one within distance for me to pick up then had to win it. Watch a few for awhile to see what they sell for to get an idea.
