    my feedback noise stops after a few seconds...
    we have adjusted the sensitivity?? why are you not meant to??

    I'm not an expert, but I think that if you make it too sensitive then it will detect other movement - breeze, curtains, people just outside the room or inside the room etc, instead of the baby's breathing and so you could have a false sense of security. If not sensitive enough then it will be going off all the time and giving you all kinds of shocks!
