I knew water was enough but I did like using a teeny tiny bit of Gaia in the bath water for mine. As they got older they were more prone to really dry eczema skin so I used QV oil or Dermaveen bath wash. I also love Moo Goo - I use the shampoo for myself and now use a tiny squirt in the kids bath, it does have a smell but it's not super strong.
Forgot to say that we wouldn't put much in the water but would use the shampoo and then sort of swish it from hair around their body and into the water ITMS!!! That was when they were tinse.
MooGoo is lovely stuff, but as others have said you won't need to use much product in baby's early days! It's mostly a marketing gimmick. Even now we only need to wash DD (3)'s hair about once a week with a pea sized amount of shampoo.
MooGoo's soaps are divine, and their milk wash will be good for the times bub gets dirty or has a poosplosion. It also froths up a little which can be fun later on to play with.
