Just wondering whether you bothered hiring a capsule for the first few months or whether your bub went straight into their car seat?

With DS we hired the capsule, which was good as he could stay asleep in it when we got home from an outing etc, however I'm starting to wonder if it's worth it or not? They just seem so little to be going straight into a seat...

All pros and cons would be appreciated
