    Hi all,

I ended up getting the Hipod- as it takes up to 12 kgs, and the lady at Target told me they are discontinuing the Fisher Price one!? Not sure if that is all Target stores.....
Bummer. I agree with you tellytubby about the colour- it would be nice if they had a softer unisex colour to go with the black- like a light green or something. Hopefully this rearward-facing bub will be too busy looking at my forward-facing DS!!

The Steelcraft Cruiser Carrier and the Hipod Delta are on sale again. We are finding space a real issue in our car so looking at getting a capsule to begin with....I'm leaning towards the Hipod one as it is rated up to 12kg. Plus the prices of these as opposed to others on the market is very appealing. From my understanding the Hipod has replaced the F&P one that Target used to sell?

Just bumping the thread in case anyone has more feedback since it was first posted in July

We have the FP one and the FP stroller (the Travel System) - just took it out of the box on the weekend, but it seems so easy to use. So far we're really pleased with it!

Yep, the Hipod one has replaced the FP one. I assume they are pretty much the same, just the fabric is different.

I have the FP one and the travel system pram to go with it. I recommend it to everyone! Really easy and so good not waking bub to get in and out of the car. DD used the capsule until she was 10 months.

I've been very happy with the steelcraft - DS is almost 9kg - so we are about to head to a rear facing child seat. Even if it was rated to 12kgs - he is almost to long and too wide for a capsule anyway (he's a chubba).

As an extra point - I put my capsule onto the new strider plus (a friend has one) and it fits!
Means when I go to a double pram I don't have to buy a new capsule and still have the benefit of a travel system!

Thanks for your feedback ladies! I grabbed the Hipod Delta this morning and am very happy with the extra room it gives us for the passenger seat, and will just change to our Meridian when needed. I figure if we end up having another bub it might not hurt to have both anyways
