We bought those baby-fairy puzzles, did them, glued them to a piece of cardboard, and framed them, and they're hanging in her room.

    Thats it though LOL

We have a fairy theme in Emily's room. We have 3 fairy canvases on one wall, that same wall is painted a light purple. Other than that, not much else. The canvases really make it girly. We do have either white or pink cot sheets/blanket, but nothing special.

Nae, what about removable stickers to jazz up the walls? Or wallpaper (I think you can get removable stuff now too) or even fabric of some sort to cover one wall for a feature wall. Some colourful rugs or big throw pillows to go in a corner for bub to play on/you to sit on.
When I was pg, I had my neice and nephew (7 and 4 at the time) paint a picture in suitable colours (unisex) and framed them. They look awesome! I also got a floating shelf from ikea and put her keepsakes and stuff I don't want her playing with on it. We don't really have a theme, and the room is unisex cause DS will have to go in there too eventually (when we finish co sleeping). A girlfriend of mine has some big black and white pics up on the wall of her bub when he was newborn, they're gorgeous, and look great too.
