Agree - Baby Expo is crap at Customer Service (that's the one with the pink sign...and there is a toyshop and Pet food place near it?).....although when I was looking for my pram, they didn't stock BabyJogger yet so they recommended me to the place where I got mine from (I think they've closed down now....but it was in Balcatta I think.

I'll have to see what mark up they put on the skateboard. I got a rain cover from the Melbourne guy for up here in Singas (funnily enough they don't stock a RAIN cover here....where it rains ALL THE TIME!) because including postage (from Melb to Perth) it was cheaper than buying it from a store in Perth!
