I have the Steelcraft cruiser system too. For DS I bought the bassinet attachment, this time we bought the capsule attachment so we have the full travel system (eg the capsule clips out of the car, and clips into the pram without disturbing bubs. I must say that I LOVE my pram, its versatile and for the price you are getting a lot. I think you can only buy it at target

Lightweight - Yep, very light
Folds in one piece - It does if the seat is forward facing, but with it facing you, or with the bassinet attachment or capsule attachment you need to remove that first (not really that big a deal)
Not to wide - The back wheels are wider than the front, but I've never had trouble fitting through checkouts etc
Big basket - Yep
Can be used from newborn - Yep
Faced either way - Yep
adjustable handle (for DH) - Yep, 3 heights, my DH is very tall and it suits him, he doesn't have to bend over at all
