They are mega handy. The bigger ones are best - 120cm x 120cm. You may use them for day sleeps if you have some warmer days or if bubs is wearing a really warm jumpsuit or something.
I had a summer bub, but this one will be winter. I am planning on using them.
ETA: That's if I can convince DD to share, LOL! She still takes a wrap to bed with her to cuddle
Yep. DS was born in June, and I used them. I would wrap in the muslin, then put DS to bed under a sheet, and a couple of cotton blankets. DS liked the thinner wrap. I also had a couple of stretchy knit cotton wraps which DS liked too. Oh and some flannelet wraps, which we made from spotlight flannelet, and I used those on the really cold days.
I had a September baby here in Tassie so it was COOOOLLLLD and snowy and stuff.
I just brought a proper baby blanket, you know the ones with one side fleece the other side cotton? Like a basinette blanket Muslin wraps I found useless for anything other than spew rags.
