I used muslin for my DD from birth until about 6 months when we stopped wrapping her and she was also born in March. Muslin is great because it is breathable and we then could adjust layers on top or what she was wearing. I actually wrapped her with muslin over the top of a sleeping bag in the middle of winter. The bigger the better is the rule with wraps!
