    New Strider Plus

Just wanted to share with those, who like me, love their strider deluxe but hate the fact it doesn't allow for a toddler seat or second seat...

The new strider plus is out...got mine yesterday ready for bub2's arrival and it is fantastic! A few changes from the deluxe but a definate improvement!

I'm a very happy mummy...was not looking forward to giving up my strider

Great to hear some good feedback on the Strider plus!! I've been using mine as a single since we got it in Dec and really like it, can't wait to try it out as a double!

Yep I love mine too. Its great having bubs in the bottom seat because little old ladies can't stick their nose in for a sticky beak!! LOL

What's the Strider Plus like for walking? DH really wants a jogger but I want something that allows bubs to face us for as long as possible, with the option of adding a second seat when we need it. I'm wondering if the 3 wheel version would be a good compromise when it comes out?

MellyW, I find the Strider Plus (4 wheels) great for walking. It goes well over grass, uneven footpaths, etc. Bit tricky on soft sand, but I don't go walking on sand much! I find it works well with walking. I'm not a jogger myself so have never jogged with it, although DH seems to enjoy doing bursts of jogs when we go for walks and it seems fine then.

Thanks Eluned! I am still undecided but am leaning towards the Strider Plus 3 wheeler. Concerned though about the weight/width - how do you find it?

    Re: New Strider Plus

So does anyone have the toddler on the main seat and the baby onthe bottom seat? This is what I do because bottom seat lies flatter and there is heaps of room for everyone.

Instruction manual does say not to have the top seat rear facing when using the 2nd seat too.
