I used warm water and fabric wipes made from ploarfleecey type stuff. For the more stubborn poos I used Nature Babycare wipes.

I also had pawpaw cream for rashes and I think that was pretty much it.

Bathing I just used water. Moogoo for cradlecap and once the kids started going to the pool at 3months I used Gaia shampoo to wash their hair.

ETA - I would NOT recommend using J&J products at all!!
