I have a Strider 3 - absolutely love it The only difference between the 3 & 4 is that on the 3 the lock for the front wheel (to stop it turning) is on the handle and on the 4 is by the wheels; and the basket access at thr front on the 3 is bigger.

You can access the basket from front back and both sides easily however the seat it. I've got a basinette on mine and it's fine.

Because the wheels are solid rather than types that pump up, it can be a bit bumpy. But you also don't have to worry about flat tyres. Mine handles long walks on fairly. Bumpy ground easily.
