I've been using the Yojiki Baby Swagbag. It doesnt look like a baby bag - it just looks like a compact swag. But it is brilliant. The nappy bag it comes with is really compact - but in the past when both of my bubs were in nappies I could fit 8 nappies - both sizes (ie Baby and toddler) - all my creams and wipes - plus change of clothes for each - plus my purse & mobile etc - also has a removable cooler bag in it. Because the swag has adjustable straps, I could also roll bunny wraps into the swag quite easily. I use the swag matress to line public change tables and when it was warm - we used to use it on picnics etc. Anyway - its quite versatile, and with my third on the way - Ive had my value for money out of it - think it costs about $100.
