What brand baby monitor do you recommend? I currently have a Tomy Walkabout Premier monitor and have some difficulties with it. I like to use a monitor as both our bedroom and the twins room are air conditioned and I can't hear them with the air con on. The Tomy monitor I bought off ebay so am not able to take it back but have found it difficult to get it to stay on a channel and once it loses the channel it searches for a little while then the parent unit starts to beep once it can not find the baby unit (not fun in the middle of the night ) The units are not that far away from each other with only a few walls in between them, but for the last four nights I have not been able to get it to work (and this has previously happened) I am thinking about going to get a new one and wondered what others have found worked well.
