It was a FR that I used which is why I am a bit mystified by the whole thing. Ive NEVER had an evap line with those. The thing is that it is REALLY pink, like about 70% as dark as the control line. I dont have any more tests! Ive peed on them all, lol.

I get my BT results at 215 tomorrow. I will feel like an extra goose if this has all been for nothing! But I guess thats all that keeps you going for so long, is hope. Actually, Hope would be an excellent girls name if I ever get to use it, sums up my journey perfectly.

Babe, you HAVE to be pg for it to be that dark and pink....as i said, i have NEVER EVER gotten an evap line on a FR in my entire POAS career! Quietly excited for you! Can you POAS again tonight??? Like get some more???? lol, sorry, just so excited i guess!

Haha! Sorry to keep you in suspense. I think I would like to spend tonight with the hope that there may be a chance tomorrow. Ive been broken hearted too many times and I was told by the FS just yesterday that he thinks its unlikely I will concieve naturally. But damn its a dark, pink line! Its even pink on the sides (it was a dip one).

If its a FR and a pink line, I would say its a BFP. That brand isnt known for evap lines. If its 70% as dark as the other line, i would def say its positive! good luck for tomorrow!!

Nope negative. FR have pink evaporation lines, thats the moral of the story.

Im having a bit of a cry at the moment but im trying to shake myself out of it and keep telling myself im lucky I have a daughter, I shouldnt be so greedy to want another.

I just dont know if we can afford IVF Yas. With me being a SAHM and a mortgage there isnt a whole lot left over. Even to get a pelvic ultrasound done that teh FS has requested is nearly $600. I just dont think IVF is on the cards for us

Soph, i understand the IVF affordability thing Have you tried clomid? And for the pelvic u/s. I have had heaps done and it was bulk billed!

Ive tried 6 rounds of Clomid and nothing. Its because of the type of ultrasound it is....they have to inject fluid in to check my tubes and for scarring in the uterus. They dont do it anywhere that bulk bills except RPA where my FS is, but they only have 2 days/week that they do them and they are booked out months in advance.

I think you need to save to have the HSG (the type of ultrasound you are talking about). Either that or find somewhere to have it done publicly (even if you have to wait). No FS would let you start IUI or IVF without having it done so it's a good start.

Also, IUI is cheaper than IVF. Maybe you could save for that. I know this isnt what you want to hear right now, but you have time on your side. If you put a little bit away each month you could maybe do IVF/IUI in the future. While I dont know your circumstances, I am assuming your DD is starting school/kindergarten soon. Perhaps you could get some casual or part time work to help save????

Sorry to hear Soph28.

I definitely can relate and have ups and downs all the time. A part of me says, well if its meant to be its meant to be, I think thats how i get through it.

A part of me says, DD DESERVES to have a sibling. That is the harder part to accept.

But I know when the time comes, we will get our long awaited BFP! and wouldnt that be 10 times more sweeter!!!!

We will definitely have to save. Its just hard because to get it done publicly you need to have a fair idea of when cd5-10 is because thats when you need to have it done. But by the time I will find out when that is (because of such irregular cycles) the appointments are filled. At least by going private you can guarantee getting in whenever you want at little notice. Re: IUI my FS says theres no more chance of falling pg with IUI than naturally since there is nothing wrong with DHs sperm. I have 2 more years until DD is at school....its really difficult for me to find work to be honest. I went to Uni for 6 years to be a solicitor, landed my first graduate job and 3 months later fell unexpectedly pg at 25. Id only been married less than 6 months. The problem is that i have no real work experience outside of that field and I cant go back because of the demands of the job and because DH is in the Army and is away up to 8 months of the year. I dont have any family to help me with DD, to pick her up from daycare etc. Its just a really crappy situation.
