Clomid can interfere with the reading on OPKs. I read it in a book and my FS also told me. If you continue to be confused about when you O maybe speak with the prescriber of your Clomid.

My FS prescribed clomid for me for a couple of months and monitored my follicle development by U/S I had a trigger injection which helped with timing.

There are probably other ways to monitor your fertile period without the U/S if you don't want to go that far.
