    First Response HPT

Im wondering if anyone can tell me how early a First Response HPT will work.

Im 6DPO and have had a few minor symptoms.

I have a party tonight and would like to know before I go out.

    Thanks

    Hi hun,

Well you could always try but at 6dpo it will almost definitely be to early to pick up. I used first response with Noah and got a bfp at 11dpo but that was my first test it was incredibly light though to the point where I was wondering if i was imagining the line! Especially without using fmu that will make it even less likely to pick it up!

You could always try your luck but no line won't mean no pregnancy! Goodluck

I think it is way too early - you really need at least a few more days - and if you are testing today, not using first morning wee either.

If you wanna know cos of alcohol or food reasons, for best chances at a successful preg you should try eating and drinking (little bit) as if you are already preg.

    Good luck!!

Look you may aswell. I tested at what I thought was 7dpo and got a BFP....I hadnt realised that I had calculated my O date wrong! It cant hurt, but if it is a BFN you could still definitely be pregnant.
