Lisa - I'd go check out charts on FF and see if anyone else has ever recorded a BFP on d9DPO. I don't think it is completely unheard of. But then I'm at the opposite end. I got BFNs until D18dpo.
If you are wondering if it is possible to get positive result at 7dpo it is! When i was pregnant with my son i receive a positive result (very very very faint) but i waited until 10dpo before i tested again to be sure (didn't tell a sole - hardest secret ever). and then when i did test at 10dpo i got another faint line but it was definately obvious and just kept getting darker.
it all comes down to implantation, when it occurs. The sooner it happens the sooner Hcg is produced.
