    I've read it, it's a nice, calming, relaxing read. Another good one is "What mothers do: especially when it looks like they're doing Nothing" by Naomi Stadlen

    Someone, somewhere was telling me about this the other day, and how brilliant it was. Can't recall who, but it was someone who lives in the credible column of my social circle.

    Yep I have this one also but haven't started it!

    I started "buddhism for mothers" but then put it down and started another one (I tend to do this ALOT with books LOL!!!!).....but so far it's good!!!

    i really enjoyed it. the biggest thing I took away from it was to remember to live in the moment and BE present. I was spending most of my days on autopilot which is a was a waste. Staying mindful really helps me stay peaceful and clear.
