    I've read it, it's a nice, calming, relaxing read. Another good one is "What mothers do: especially when it looks like they're doing Nothing" by Naomi Stadlen
    Yep I have this one also but haven't started it!

    I started "buddhism for mothers" but then put it down and started another one (I tend to do this ALOT with books LOL!!!!).....but so far it's good!!!

    i really enjoyed it. the biggest thing I took away from it was to remember to live in the moment and BE present. I was spending most of my days on autopilot which is a was a waste. Staying mindful really helps me stay peaceful and clear.
