Have you read Sleeping Like a Baby by Pinky McKay

Hi, i am thinking of getting this book.

i'd really like to know, before i buy it, does the information in the book cover DIFFERENT age groups of babies and toddlers, or is it mainly about how to get young bubs 12 months and under, to sleep?

i have a 17 month old, desperate for information about how to get a baby that age to sleep. (and to eat, but i suppose that's a different book, i'm so exhausted, one issue at a time i guess).

    thanks

I haven't read it Gigi, but I'm sure someone will be able to help you with your question. Big hun, I hope you can get some sleep soon. And you're right, one step at a time. When you're well-rested you'll feel much more able to tackle the food issue!

I have started reading Toddler Tactics (Pinky's new book) and it's great. If Sleeping Like a Baby is not for you, then have a look at it.

Gigi, I haven't read it either, but I love her new book Toddler Tactics and I highly recommend it, not so much for sleeping issues but for activity ideas, dealing with tanties, eating etc. For your sleeping issues, try No Cry Sleep Solutions for Toddlers (I might have the name a little wrong) by Elizabeth Pantley. I have read the baby one, but have heard that the Toddler one is really good also.
