Does anyone know how much it ends up costing once you add on postage to Australia and convert into Aussie dollars?
Many of you have heard me rave of the Wonder Weeks for birth to 14 months which is faaaaaaantastic, so spot on...
Edited 27th April 2008
Finally, I have The Wonder Weeks in stock here after 3-4 years of trying!!!!
They are so hard to get hold of, there is no Australian distributor so the cost is not as great as it used to be. Frans is working on it though!

hi girls,
this is the best book you can buy... its really really great and helps you a lot to understand WHY your babys dont stop to cry for example
i have it and i love it.
and you can (in the german books) stick photos in
i checked with A&R and they have actually stopped production of this book.
So whatever was left in the stores is all you can get im afraid
well in AUS anyways
Amazon are sold out, I placed an order and they emailed me saying they had none. This was only last week. :-(
i borrowed a copy from my library![]()
Thanks for the link Kelly. I've been trying to get it from quite a few of the bookshops around here, but no such luck - keep getting told its out of print!
ok, I know its popular and hard to get, but $90?
Amazon have 6 listings for this book today, and $89.99 US is the cheapest (with $175 US being the dearest)
I got a copy recently. I bought it from a guy in the US. The book was $10 (brand new condition too!) and $12 to ship it here (US $).. whole thing worked out to be $25.80 in Aussie dollars...
Amazon was a bit exxy so I got it from somewhere else.
Thanks Kelly. I may be through the wonder weeks by the time I get the book thoughAt least I will be ready for the next one .........
Amazon is super expensive.
Co-op Bookshop is selling for $29.95 or $26.95 for members.
I orded mine through A&R over a month ago and they rang me to tell me that the american suppliers are no longer printing it, so I cant get it.
Kelly have you heard when the 2nd ed is coming through?
I also order my through A&R during the first week in Jan, and rang on Friday to find out what was going on - only to find out that there is no stock in America and the publisher is still deciding on whether to print another run or not.
Gee, thanks for letting me know A&R, if i didn't call them i wonder if they would have ever called me?
YAY!!!!! FINALLY!!!! It's not cheap to get in though, taken me 4 years!!!! But MUCH better than the $200 on Amazon!!!!
The Wonder Weeks

I just did a quick check at my library and they have a copy!
I know that this is coming a month after the last post, but i saw two copies in melbourne's 'readings' (carlton store) bookshop. they are selling for $55.
had a flick through and want to get it, but as DD is almost 10 months, i'm not sure i'll get my moneys worth...maybe for no.2?!
Thats how much I am selling them for too, we have to import them to get our hands on them, hence the costBetter than $200 on Amazon!!!!
