ok, I know its popular and hard to get, but $90?
Amazon have 6 listings for this book today, and $89.99 US is the cheapest (with $175 US being the dearest)

I also order my through A&R during the first week in Jan, and rang on Friday to find out what was going on - only to find out that there is no stock in America and the publisher is still deciding on whether to print another run or not.

Gee, thanks for letting me know A&R, if i didn't call them i wonder if they would have ever called me?

had a flick through and want to get it, but as DD is almost 10 months, i'm not sure i'll get my moneys worth...maybe for no.2?!
