    Take the path of least resistance and cut yourself some slack...like OP said, one sleep, one feed, one day at a time.

    GBHs! I know the feeling...and it's not nice!
    But I too sometimes sneak in to DDs room and watch her sleep...brings me some peace, and a refreshed feeling of "i CAN do this!!".
