    babe, can you totally distract her from whatever the behaviour is right now and get her to help you get dinner ready, or sit and do a puzzle together or something just for 15 mins. Just a total distraction away from what you don't want her to do?? I am having trouble with J and today I found I was able to diffuse him by getting him to help me with making porridge and by the time we were done he was distracted from whatever it was that he was crying about. Hope you find something that works hun - so hard oxxoo

    Liviam the fail safe diet is great for this behaviour!

    You need a diary to mark good and bad days. When it's a negative cycle it's hard to remember that every day isn't horrid.

    Keep positive, don't take it personally.
