I really enjoyed reading the other posts. Thankyou!
My DS1 when he was 5yrs old went to visit an elderly neighbour she had been in hospital. He asked her how she felt, she replied "50 / 50" my son's reply "I never asked your age?"
My DS2 the other week told me he loved me, I replied "I love you more" His reply was "I love you larger then a rainbow" my heart skipped a beat.

DD has been fighting her sleep all morning. I just went in to check on her and shes thrown everything out of her cot - pillow, toys everything. She's stripped the sheet of the bed and is sleeping curled up on all fours on the vinyl mattress!!
She looks so cute yet sooooooo funny!! :ROFL:
My son was singing along to the radio today...
"I'm vacuuming the dance floor;
I dancing round the sound".....
not "Evacuate the Dance Floor....."
DS stripped off this morning and wouldn't get dressed - it's REALLY cold so I told him I was going to hit his bare bottom every time I saw it, asking "who's got a little bum?" DS likes this, but not for more than a few goes (so I managed to get SOME clothes onto his bluing body).
He walks up to me a couple of hours later. "Who got a little bum? I got a little bum." "That's right dear. You've got a little bum." (I pat his bum.)
DS thinks and looks around the side of me. "You got a big bum."
NO! That's NOT what you tell a woman! Had to tell him that with a straight face, which was not easy.
My parents (Oma and Poppy to DD) are both cyclists (the lycra wearing kind), and go out riding early morning a couple of time each week.
Anyway, DD and I were driving to their house the other day to pick mum up to go shopping, and DD went, "No, Oma's not home, she out riding on her Poppy!"
I laughed so hard I nearly drove off the highway.

We have both showered with DD for some time but she recently decided to shower standing up so that her face was very near to my girly bits.
She pointed and said "Gina"
I said, "Yes, that's my vagina"
to which she replied "Mmm, it's nice!" :lol:

The other day miss-almost-three was in the bath and I started washing her face - she promptly yelled "Dont wash me! I'm a princess!"
Yesterday we were at the shopping centre and were sitting just in front of Baker's Delight. DD#1 stares at the shop for a bit then says to me (pointing to the lady behind the counter) "How did she get IN there?!" :lol:

When I was a kid we would pass by a very popular chain diner that served burgers. We couldn't go there after my brother learned the name, and mom would go out of her way to avoid driving by the place cause Rudd*uckers was all he could talk about for DAYS after! :clap: (and of course dad would take every opportunity drive the route that allowed us to see it) :lol:
(appropriate title- Fuddruckers - I think there were some up in QLD a while back).
DD once asked for something that she didn't get straight away (can't remember what it was). DH told her how proud he was that she was being so patient. DD's reply: "I'm not patient, I'm a little girl."
I once told DD that she was a great toddler, to which she replied with great seriousness: "I'm not a dollar, I'm a girl." :rofl:
Recently DD has taken to going up to the parents of children she meets in the playground and asking: "What are your children's names?"

Heres mine:
DD (8yo) was riding her bike a couple of days ago, and decided to stand up and pedal, slips (obviously hurts herself) JUMPS off her bike and says (while holding herself) "OH MY NUTS!!!!!" :o:rofl::rofl:- I couldnt control my laughter and said "darl, we havent had this conversation yet, but girls dont have nuts, boys do" she then says to me "I KNOW THAT!!" I was cracking up even more by this stage and I said to her "Well obviously you dont cos girls dont have nuts" she then says "Well EVERYONE says it?!"
I have no idea where the heck she got tha from, cos DP certainly doesnt say things like that!

a girlfriend was folding some towels in the bathroom while her 2.5yo DD was in the bath with her toys. My friend had to stop herself from giggling when her DD said 'oops...sorry toys...I just did a wee. I really couldn't help it.'
DD is 2y4m and she's still BFing. She favours the right over the left so the right is a bit larger now, DD refers to it as "big one" and the other as "little one". So she'll say "I want boobies! No not that one, little one!" which is awfully embarrassing >.<
A funny one from my goddaughter on the weekend...
It was P's birthday party & it was raining but the kids were all jumping on the trampoline anyway. I was taking photos as usual & one little girl shouted "oh no lightning"! P responded without even looking "No that's just my Sarah with her camera."

DD1 is always being told that she's beautiful. So now, when she's being roused on for being naughty and getting into mischief, she retorts with, 'I'm NOT naughty - I'm BEAUTIFUL!'
And it must seriously be time for DH and I to start watching our mouths around her innocent little ears... the other night we were sitting on the verandah and DD1 came out, made claws with her hands and yelled, 'Rawr, rawr, I'm a f***in' LION!' with a huge grin on her face :/
DH and I just... had to laugh. Couldn't stop. I was bawling my eyes out from laughing so hard... of course once we recovered we explained to her why language like that shouldn't be used, but I think we did more damage by laughing in the first place :(
This afternoon, Juliette put the phone to her ear & said:
'llo daddy. Daddy work? *laughs* Love you. See ya.

DD and i were watching the opening credits of 'Biggest Loser' tonight, and when the gray team were shown and they flexed their muscles to show off their biceps....and DD copied ;)..

The other day we were driving to the airport to pick up Nanna and I got lost.. and stressed. DD pipes up from the back "Mummy, it's ok. We get on my magic ponies with wings (AKA My Little Pony) and fly to get Nanna" awwwwwwww

yesterday DS and I were having lunch at my Dads place. The three of us were siting at the dining table and this is the convo that DS started.
DS: is Chassy a boy or a girl?
Me: does he have a willy?
DS: yeah but its a tiny one
Me:well he is a boy cause he has a willy like you.
DS: my Daddy has a huge HUGE.....vagina!
and then
DS: and my Mum has a REALLY hairy vagina.
OMG, my Dad was crying with laughter and I just wanted to ground to swallow me up!!!!
My DH was walking around the house in his jocks getting his work uniform ready and DD looked at him and said 'Daddy, you got big girl undies just like me.'
DH's expression was priceless :rofl:
DD said this so seriously whilst we were at the doctors with her the other night.
Claire: "mum, the doctors have to give me the right medicine dont they?"
Me: "yes, they do and it will make you feel better"
Claire: "oh ok then, i dont want to die like Michael Jackson"

DS (almost 3) and I were playing in a cubby house yesterday and I asked what his house was called. He said 'its Indian and its called Poongaboo'. I said that was lovely and what does it mean? He said 'it means run and scream'
I thought hmmm how fitting!
I love hearing stories about funny little things kids say, they always make me smile
My little man doesn't say much apart from mamamamamamama just yet but I remember my sister when she was little telling my mum she had a headache in her tummy so she had to go to the dentist :lol:
what are some things your kiddies have done or said that have made you giggle?
I took my daughter to see some farm animals a while ago and when she saw the baby lambs drinking milk from the mothers teats she got worried and told me the lamb was eating his mummy's bottom! I thought it was pretty funny!
Currently DS1 is talking lots more & full sentences, it keeps us laughing all day.
ATM his favourite is "Daddy goest to work to make the money, so Mummy can go shopping" ha,ha Love it!!!!
DD doesn't talk yet, but we were just sitting out the front of the house while I was on the phone to my mum. DD was bouncing around on my lap and a man, probably about 25 or so, walked past the house. She yelled out really loudly and suddenly like she was saying hello to him, and he turned and looked at her then kept walking. It was quite funny, she was silent then suddenly yelled out as he walked past. Probably doesn't sound so amusing in writing..maybe one of those 'you had to be there' stories :p
When my SIL was having her third child she was explaining to her eldest daughter who was about 3 that there was going to be a new baby and my niece said "you can take D (her son) back and get a new one" while trying not to laugh she said no they were keeping him but will have a new baby so she will have a brother and another brother or sister.
Or the funniest i have ever heard was my mum was on the computer playing a game and my brother was about 7 and he was yabbering on to her like he always did and she wasnt really listening until she heard him say "if i was a hot dog would you eat me" LOL i dont think i have ever laughed so hard in my life.
Theres a lake not far from where we live and we go walking with a friend of ours, her 2 girls and her mum just to feed the ducks some bread. Anyways while we were down there one night there was a frog making noise somewhere and i asked DD what that sound was....and she just looked at me and said "ummm maybe is a big crocodile" then proceeded to look in the water trying to find it. :lol:

some recent gems from my DD (3 yrs)...
Whilst on a trip away with DH "Mummy, I don't want to talk to you any more... I'm having a break from you"
"Mummy, I'll just move the chair so you can see the telly (whilst eating dinner)" for the record, I could (had I been watching it) seen the TV just fine... DD however, couldn't ;)
More cute than funny - but at work the other day, one of the staff had been 'glittering' something outside while the children were sleeping - anyway the glitter was on the verandah floor beneath the tables we eat at for afternoon tea.
The girls (and one boy) were sooo excited that the fairies had visited while they were sleeping.
Then today two of the same girls found some sequin stars in the grass (don't really know how they got there) and they were sooo excited to find the fairies had visited again. One told me - 'the fairies visited while we were sleeping and they even put a some dirt over the stars!'

I've got tonnes of funny stories, but I don't write them down so I forget them.
Here's one from Liebling tonight. He was in the bath and turns out he's an ABBA fan.

Plonked the kids in the tub last night and ducked back into the kitchen for a minute to tend to dinner on the stove... DD1 starts singing (at the top of her lungs), 'If you're happy and you know it - have a cry *insert boo-hoo/sobbing noises here*... if you're happy and you know it, sit on ya bum!'
I have NO idea what that was about lol :)
The last 2 nights we have gone in to put Miss J's blankets on her. The first night she had undressed her doll and had the dolls pants on her foot (she was trying to get dresses in the dolls clothes). The last night we went in and she was sound asleep with a pair of shoes on over her PJ's all done up and on the right feet! Maybe she was planning an escape for sometime during the night :lol:

My DD has started waking up after 1 sleep cycle at bed time and last night she was soooo tired after that sleep cycle she was standing up slumped over her cot snoozin' :p, when we woke her to lay her down she sat on her bum then fell over asleep like we had knocked her out!
She also likes to come up and 'get you', making funny growling noises and slobering all over me. She has just started resting her head on your shoulder for hugs too thats my favourite ;)
Oh boy, what a list this could be!
DD was bouncing in her jolly jumper, bounce, bounce, bounce, asleep......... So cute!!
Her latest fun craze is to sit on my lap, facing me and putting her face into mine, as close as can go without touching. If I move my head to see around her, she moves too, grinning like the Cheshire Cat. Cracks me up and then she's laughing too. She's 14 months old!

DD has a thing with saying $20 at the mo. the other day she was at mums and DH said to her get on the scales so she hopes on then he says how much do you weigh and with a big smile on her face she says $20 lol.
DD#1 said to me the other day 'mum, isnt it amazing that God's birthday is on Christmas Day !!!. He must get so many presents"....from my 6yr old who loves anything to do with birthdays or Christmas.....:)
