could also be because DH wasnt home tonight and she was probably overtired from only a 35 min sleep today

Charlotte has been unsettled lately...and I can guarantee it is because she isn't getting enough one on one with me. But I am struggling at the moment to give her as much as she wants when DH is away at work, and with the baby
So you are not alone there.
I have been planning a single activity very day she is home from kinder. Like an actual thing we don't usually do - last week we made papier mache easter eggs (which died so we have to do again pmsl), tomorrow we are dying pasta to make necklaces, other days we have done some baking or playdough making. I definitely notice a huge difference at bedtime AND with her behaviour in general, when she gets the one on one time.

Hope she stays down for the night though, don't be hard on yourself, we do what we can do and tomorrow is a new day
