Dd1 was like this after Ds was born, she was fine with her sister but because she was aware of what was going on and me going into hospital then bed rest until he was born she got very clingy, I had to do everything for her. She hated going back to daycare for a while too. It's finally settling down. She will feed and dress herself again most days.
