Your baby seems to have a nice little routine going already and what a great sleeper! I'm not sure about trying to change routines at this age since they change so rapidly anyway - she'll be going longer between sleeps soon, for eg, which change things again for you.
If you have to be somewhere at a set time, I guess all you can do is do that and hope she can work herself around that. Does she transfer ok to and from the car?
