Gist, we had no routine at that age! We fed on demand and just went with the flow.

By about 6-7 weeks she would go down for the night around 7 and we found she would wake around midnight for a feed then 4-5am the 6-7am. That was as close to a routine as we got at that age but DD dictated it, we just followed her lead.

I have to say the only friend I have that used 'Save Our Sleep' (Tizzie Hall) really regrets it now. It worked in the early days but it made her life near impossible as her DD got older as she HAD to sleep at specific times, and she was a nightmare if she didn't, and would only do so in her cot. She now says she'd never recommend a strict routine for babies. It's made her life more difficult now.
