Hi Ninah - I just want to warn you, this book is quite contraversial and alot of people don't really agree with the principles in this book or like the methods used. I bought the book and read it and found it interesting but it was far too rigid for me to follow. I read lots of books including Pinky Mckay's. I took a little bit from each book and found my own way which thankfully has worked

The part I took from the SOS book was about the warmth of the room and dressing the baby - this advice was sooo valuable to me!!
