I remember my mum doing this for me when I was a little girl!!!
She used to make little sandwiches and bickies for usadmittedly we were about 7 or 8 and she let us have real tea in our teapot, it was awesome. Maybe you could put milo in it for her?

We have a tiny teaset too and my Dd who is 3yrs sets it up outside her fairy door in her bedroom and invites the fairies for a tea party while she's asleep![]()
Why not make some mini cupcakes with her in the morning and then sit down for your very own high tea for lunch with little finger sandwiches (peanut butter and vegemite are oh so gormet!!) with the cupcakes for dessert and a hot choc with marshmallow on the side from her tea pot
You could do a very weak camomile tea and tiny jam and cream cheese sandwiches. You could invite Great-Grandma to tea as well so she can see for herself how much your DD in enjoying the gift.
