Take her to the vet NOW, if you can. It's the effects of the toxin, and in such a little dog she needs to see a vet. Or at least talk to one, give your local a call
Get your hands on some Proban. My sis is a vet nurse and she reckons Proban tablets are excellent, you can get them at a good price from Australian Pet Treat Co (google it). Also Proventic collars are great too. You still have to check them though obviously.
