I literally just buy cheap packs of mince or meat chunks (not lean) and fry it with a large tin of fish (any cheap type...so the dog gets her good oils) and cheapest bag of frozen veg I can find (no onion!) then stir it through cooked rice.

Note that it doesn't include anything crunchy to clean their teeth, so you can stir through some hard dog food or give them some bones or etc.
