Well the duck(s) (and chickens) were only 'noisy' for one day. The next day it was raining, and all was quiet. Dunno if that was because of the rain or what, but doesn't matter. Chickens make such a different noise (obviously, der), it's so much less 'intrusive' than duck noise. Or maybe that's because I grew up (in suburbia) listening to our neighbour's chickens? (which I just realised, so maybe that is why I don't mind the chickens?)

Anyway, the Man and I were talking about the duck(s) and seemingly lack of sound the next day, and he seems to think that they only have some critters for a day or few at the most, before they are gone again. Not sure if they are a half-way minding house type place for lost and displaced critters, or they eat well. Oh well, just thought I would update on the duck-situ.
