Mothers Group - in or around Ipswich

Hi Everyone,

My name is Bec and I am a mum of 2. Ryan (02/07/2003) & Kaycee-Mae (25/06/2005). My husband is an interstate truck driver so the children and I are home without him most times. So I was wondering if there is a playgroup going of just get togethers as I would like to get involved and make a few friends and get my children interacting with other children. Sometimes my husband, Nick, is away for up to a month at a time so when the kids go to bed i get bored and lonely and would like new people to chat to. So if there is anyone out there that would like to chat or get together that would be great. I live at Eastern Heights near Bremer High.

Hi I'm from Ipswich. I have lived here for about 3 years now, but still don't know many people here. I'm interested in forming a playgroup, or meeting up with other mum's. My name is Jess, I'm 25 and I have 2 children, Ava who is 2.5yrs and Liam who is 1. I'm also pregnant with bub number 3. If anyone is interested let me know and we can try to organise something!

Hi guys

Just wondering if a group ever got up and running here in Ipswich. I have two munchkins, Kadyn (almost 2) and Chloe (9 mnths) and we're looking for some new friends. I work and my husband is a stay-home-dad. I'm looking for a group that gets together on a friday or saturday morning probably. If nothing ever eventuated, i'd love to start a group at somewhere central like Queens Park.
