    My vote is northside-ish!
I have only been to Westfield Belconnen so I'll get lost whereever we meet up.
I can probably only do weekends for the moment as I don't drive, but i can miss the first few and meet you all later down the track!

My prefrence is north side too, but can drive anywhere realy. Maybe kidcity or something like that for those of you with todlers (cost to get in), that way they can play and mums can relax more. And if it a weekday in school term not as busy.

    WOW

Hey mummies - I am back to nearly reality with the school holidays nearly over - I thought I would have so much time - but surprisingly - it went quite fast.

My DD is in pre-school Thurs/Fri - so I think from gleaning the general responses Tuesday seems the go, I am northside too but don't mind the travel ..... as long as not this Tuesday I have 4 month immunisations, the rest of Feb I am in the clear so far

With the heat, best to meet up inside??

well I'll go out on a limb here and say, how about tuesday in a weeks time?? If most of us are northside, we could meet up in Belconnen, either at the kid's play area cafe (not sure what it's called - kidzone? something like that), at the library, or someplace else air conditioned is my thought.

I guess where we meet up will depend on how many of us have kids with us at the time. I will have my two with me. Mornings or midday are usually the best time for me.

Tuesday week sounds good to me, so the 10th Feb, I will only have my little one with me, so Kidaone sounds good to me.

What's the cost for kidszone? I will have both my kids with me 4 yr DD and 2 mth DS. Tuesday sounds good to me and i don't mind travelling as long as the cost of kidzone is not overly expensive............. what's at kidzone anyway is it like Kids City (mitchell) and Kids Rampage (tuggeranong)?

My baby girl turned 4 today i cannot believe where the time goes, she is 4 and heading off to preschool. The bad thing about her turning 4 is she has to have her 4 yr injections on Tuesday so not looking forward to that. My DS is having his injections tomorrow also not looking forward to that both DS and i are having our 6 weeks checks too (he is only like 2 mths now, but better late than never really)

Well look forward to meeting everyone next week 10th Feb.

    So who else is coming?

Where in me, DD 4yr and DS 2mth

Not sure on the cost of Kidzone, it is alot smaller than the other places, and I have not been in ages as usualy go out to Kidcity, if I have the older kids with me.

I will only have Zander with me on a Tuesday .... and time?

    What about 10am?

No cost for admission for me on that day, but if admission cost consideration - what about the little play area on lower level at Belconnen mall near donut king, opposite Best & Less???

And Trac, my boy turned 6 today, a good day for a birthday

10.00am is a great time for me. I am not sure about admission prices, but I am happy to meet at the play are near doughnut king if that is what everyone wants (if it is too busy we can always decide to go elsewhere later).

Ok so the details so far:
    Tuesday 10th Feb
    Playground near doughnut king, Belconnen.
    10.00am

if this is a problem for anyone lets us know and we can change it.

I am really excited about meeting everyone - but can I admit I am actually quite nerveous (sp?) too. How are we going to know who everyone is?

Just look at the other ladies who have babies/kids and look a bit lost like they are waiting for someone too.

I have an olive Velco 3 wheel runabout pram

    Hi Everyone

I am so glad that we are all finally going to meet but i am with you misty a little nervous also.

I am a larger lady that will have a blonde gorgeous looking girl wearing a dress no doubt with me and a 2 month old baby. I will be pushing a blackish stroller with i think accent on it not quite sure now what is written on it though sorry. I may also look a bit frazzled as i would have gotten two kids together and out of the house by 9:15am to meet everyone at 10ish

Is this the play area at Belconnen Mall?
I think I can do that (so long as I'm not working).
Might have to convince MIL to drive me in and tell her to go to the markets or something.
If I catch the bus I won't be able to get home!

I will let you know closer to Tuesday if I can make it, but if I do I'm the short fat one with massive boobs

I hope you can make it CookieMonster I hear you with the transport issues, I don't drive and the bus system can be a bit of a laugh.

Oh and yes it is the play area on the bottom floor of westfields, right next door to doughnut king.
