I live in Wavell Heights and have a 3 yr old and a 6 month old and would like to meet new people and get the kids out of the house. I haven't been able to find a mothers group, but we could start one around the area. We could arrange to meet at Kidspace one day for a play?

Hi guys just wanted to let you know im just in the process of establishing a mothers group on brisbanes northside.

The group is an informal group, specifically for mothers (expecting mothers) in there 20s with bubs born 2009/2010 to meet and socialise during the week.

Particularly families from Brisbane CBD - Chermside, Nundah and surroundings.
Monthly family outings were dad, grandparents and siblings can come along.
Meets will commence in January 2010.

* location will change (Westfield Chermside is prop where we will start off)
*do not need to be first time mum.

Some location may include:
-Westfield Chermside
- LittleTigrs, Wisdor
- Local Libraries
- Local Parks
- Swimming Pools (Summer)
