    DD1 is having surgery for grommets tomorrow and will be re-starting swimming lessons in 3 weeks. just wanted to ask, with the Blu-Tack, is it actually safe to use in ears??!

    Well, it never occurred to me that it would be a problem.... In fact I think the Dr suggested it..... She doesn't seem to have any dramas from it - in fact it helped a lot and was much better than everything else....
    But of course check with the Dr if you are worried - and if they say there's any issues - let us know!!!

    My DD used Docs Proplugs, we got them from the ENT, they're sized and we used the head band from little grommets, she used for 3 years, I find as a swim teacher that blu tak falls out
