Dd1 (4.5) was very very loud. Still is. But it was getting beyond normal, she was yelling all the time, even her walking was loud.

Turns out she had moderate hearing loss and needed grommets!!

If you are concerned a referral from the GP will get you started. Then you can rule that out and start working on the illusive inside voice. Lol
