Laney fantastic news about your scan hun.
I am leaving again, talk about a short stay this time. My GP did a complete check up and said my uterus felt bigger than 6 wks but cervix was closed and tight which was good then sent me for a scan. Half an hour of scan external and internal and scan showed nothing in the uterus at all except maybe a small pocket of fluid measuring less than 2mm. So with the cramping I am now having I expect it to start in a day or two. Another one bites the dust

Judy, you are so strong and so determined. I really hope that you get to welcome another earth angel. I am so sorry that you have to go through this again.
Spotting went from reddy pinky to brown yesterday and hcg numbers are doubling (from 2020 to 4950!) progesterone is at 55! Apparently that's very good. Still having daily monitoring done as per ob instruction and off work on bed rest till tuesday! I guess my birthday on Sunday will have to happen here at home!

well now more confused than ever. I got a call from the nurse at my GPs at 8:15am saying that I had to go down as soon as possible to pick up a blood referral and get that done then that hey had already faxed off a letter/referral to my OB and I had to see him TODAY as the radiologist had phoned my GP to say he thought it was ectopic. So I called my OB and got an appt for 10:30 then went down got the beta done and went into town.
Firstly OB did an internal scan and straight away pointed out a perfectly formed pregnancy sac. However, if I am 6w4d then it is at least a week behind so that isn't such good news. However on the bright side he said having sore bbs and nausea was still a very posiitve sign. If I had of noticed them disappearing then it would mean a m/c for sure but being still so noticeable was good. He did point out what could be the start of baby forming but couldn't be to sure as it was so small. He didn't totally rule out ectopic but said it wasn't obvious. I do have a fibroid but that hasn't changed since 2006.
I am crampy after all these internal scans and being felt and pummelled... have a headache most likely from the stress of it all.. but we go back on the 28th for a rescan to see if it has developed or gone.

AngelicDragon - Somehow I completely missed your post! How confusing for you.. It's going to be a long wait til the 28th.. Fingers crossed there is a little bubba forming in the right place with a beautiful HB.
