Hooray!!! Congratulations
How are you both feeling?
I've been seeing my boyfriend for six months now..
but at the age of 36, I've just found out I'm something like 8-10 weeks pregnant, for the first time.
I can't believe this is happening!!

Welcome!
Oh wow... thats amazing news! How does your partner feel?
Thank you for all the kind thoughts..
I am not sure how my partner is feeling, because he suddenly started working 10 hour days, and I only did the HPT on Saturday, I don't think he has really had the time to process the news. He did say it was a bit soon into our relationship.
I went to the GP and did the first blood test on Monday, which I got the result today of 91000 hcg, she said it looks like I am probably 8-10 weeks. I had another blood test today, and tomorrow I am getting an ultrasound. The GP seemed to think I had to get these preliminary tests before being referred to the RBWH?
thanks for the welcome :-)
Congratulations.

Congrats!
Hopefully your bf will think its a good idea soon enough - if that's what you both want.
I've only been with my partner for a year *officially*, and found out the day after our anniversary
In saying that we've been best mates for years, and I was just to dumb to realise what was right in front of me![]()
Congrats huni. I hope you are ok. Xxxx

Congrats! Hope everything goes smoothly for you. At least you don't have as long to wait until Bubs arrives because you found out a little bit later than most!! Good luck with the ultrasound today.
Congrats.. hopefully he comes round to the idea soon, it takes a while.
Good luck with it all, wishing you all the best for a H&H pregnancy.
Welcome to BB and congratulations on your pregnancy!
Congratulations, wishing you all the best!
Congratulations to you and your partner. It's a scary time for everyone, particularly when not planned, and sometimes even for those who haved planned a baby. My husband never belives my pregnancy tests and always waits for the 12 week scan to be convinced of what is actaully happening. So don;t be put off if your partner takes a little time to digest what is going on.
Huge Congrats & Welcome to BB!
My hubby and I had only been together for 4 & 1/2 months when we got our positive test with our son. We got married in January of this year and now have #2 on the way, so give him a bit of time and I'm sure he'll start looking forward to it
Wishing you a happy & healthy pregnancy for the next 7 months!
