Congrats! Hope everything goes smoothly for you. At least you don't have as long to wait until Bubs arrives because you found out a little bit later than most!! Good luck with the ultrasound today.
I just had the ultrasound, I was so surprised to see the heart flickering away. I'm 8 weeks 5 days, and due 26/5/2011. The heart is going at 170bpm!

I am still trying to take it in because I only did the HPT on Saturday lol

Congratulations to you and your partner. It's a scary time for everyone, particularly when not planned, and sometimes even for those who haved planned a baby. My husband never belives my pregnancy tests and always waits for the 12 week scan to be convinced of what is actaully happening. So don;t be put off if your partner takes a little time to digest what is going on.

Huge Congrats & Welcome to BB!

My hubby and I had only been together for 4 & 1/2 months when we got our positive test with our son. We got married in January of this year and now have #2 on the way, so give him a bit of time and I'm sure he'll start looking forward to it

Wishing you a happy & healthy pregnancy for the next 7 months!

My boyfriend he is getting used to the idea, he's suggesting we move into a unit together or even a house :-O

He's still trying to process the news I think, as I am :-)

Oh wow, moving in together! That's a really good (and BIG) step
I think hubby and I were lucky in that I had already moved in with him about a month before lol and that was only because there was a peeping tom hanging around my own unit - scared the living daylights out of me one night and hubby got a speeding ticket for going 120kmp/h down the highway for the entire 45 minute drive from his work to my place lol

And you're almost a 1/4 of the way through now won't be long at all until you're holding your little bundle and wondering where it all went
