    Congratulations.

Are you close enough to walk your DD to/from school. I took my GS's for a walk in the pram yesterday as thought what a great way to exercise. You get fit walking and pushing the pram.

I was told many years ago that I had to be careful as I had put on a bit of weight during pregnancy and for lunch to eat dry biscuits with Vegemite and after that small lunches with fruit. Thankfully I only had to do it for a month.
    I don't like Vegemite

Congratulations - here is to a happy and healthy pregnancy!

See if your local pool have an instructor who is pregnancy accredited - they will be able to go through the exercises with you.

    Congratulations.

Walking is brilliant - it's free for a start and you don't need to buy fancy gear. You can incorporate it with going to the park or something with your other two darlings.

Your Dr and your local hospital would want you to be as healthy as possible during your pg, so they may offer Yoga or even some free advice etc.

Take care and wishing you a very H&H 9 months.

thanks guys, i will be doing alot of walking, eating a healthy balanced diet and getting a pregnancy yoga dvd.

I do have another question though. My doctor has told me not to come back until im 12 weeks pregnant to see him. Is this right? as with my other two girls i have always gone every 4 weeks but i have moved to a different town and was just wondering if this is the norm?

Congratulations! I hope you have a smooth and healthy pregnancy.
Seeing your doctor then sounds about right to me. That's what happened with my last pregnancy.
    Good luck with everything.
