Congrats. It is lovely to think of your sisters feelings but here is the thing (I have said this before to someone else who was beating themselves up)- its not like there was one baby and you took it so she couldn't have it even if you were not pregnant it would not change her situation. Enjoy the gift you have been given and while its going to be hard for your sister (I know I have been there) she will be happy for you. It may just take a bit of time for her to get her head around it!

Please dont stress yourself out about your sister or anyone else who is having dificulties in conceiving, yes they will feel a little hard done by that you are so fertile and they are not, but they will work through their feelings and feel happy for you and your next bub.
