Thanks to you too Sam, Nikki, Kerry and Kim for your kind thoughts and warm congratulations. I can't believe that by this time tomorrow I'll know what's going on in there.
Just incase anyone is wondering, I had two scans today. The first one was on my obs machine that's just a little portable thing so it couldn't see much. Then I had a proper TransV on the big machine at the ultrasound center. The results are inconclusive, but all the signs are good. There was a yolk sac, fetal pole and a heartbeat but it was slow, 105bmp. This could be just because it's too early or because it may not be a viable pregnancy. Anyway, they thought I was about 6 weeks.
So, then I had a blood test to check Hcg levels. I've got another blood test on Friday and then another scan in 10 days.
It's hard (for me) not to be pessimistic. I guess I'd rather be pleasantly surprised than devastatingly disappointed. Geez these next 10 days are going to be loooooooong. I'm so lucky that I've got Angus to keep me distracted.
ETA: I can’t believe how unbelievably sick (all day) such a tiny little thing can make me feel!

I finally have a proper EDD and have summoned up enough courage to do a pregnancy ticker for myself.
After the inconclusive scan a week and a half ago now, I've had two Hcg blood tests and another scan.
The BT results from last week were:
Monday: 51 554
Friday: 91 438
And... the scan today showed a nice little bubba with a normal heartbeat!!! My ob just used his little machine in his room so he couldn't tell me exactly what the heart rate was, but he said it had to be over 130bpm for him to see it. And, the little bubba was measuring a couple of days behind going on the EDD we got from the first scan, but he told me not to worry about that either because his machine can be out a couple of days here and there. So, he didn't think I needed to go and have another (expensive) scan on the big proper machine at the hospital, because everything was looking really good. Yay!
