Unhappy AF type cramping - do I worry???

I have been getting some mild cramping, like AF is coming. I know that some ladies get this type of cramping early in a pg, but I am just really concerned that I will m/c again. I'm finding that I can't enjoy the pregnancy and I worry too much about every twitch, twinge and niggle that I feel

I have no other symptoms, other than a little tiredness. I am 5 wks today.

Has anyone else experienced this? Just need some reassurance.

Congratulations on your pregnancy!! Yes, I had the same kind of cramps when pg with DS2 and I didn't get any real symptoms until I was 7 weeks. He was born happy and healthy two weeks ago. I'm sure what you are experiencing is very normal. I'm sure you and your bub are just fine

I also had cramping, felt like AF was going to turn up, and now have a beautiful baby boy! As long as you have no bleeding I would say it is normal implantation cramping, bubba burying down and making itself nice and cosy!
Good luck with your dr's appt tomorrow

I had the same. I asked my gp about it with DD2 coz I was worried, but it's just coz your uterus is stretching. It'll go away.
Don't worry too much unless you start spotting or bleeding, or the pain is really bad. I mean worse than your worst AF pain.
