Hey don't worry darl, I have had some spotting for the last week so my Dr ordered a internal ultrasound the baby is doing great but they did find an area of bleeding, very tiny tear below the sac the sonographer said it just should heal itself, she said usually this happen in early pregnancy as the baby burrows into the uterus. So hopefully yours is the same, I also don't have any cramps. She also said 1 in 4 pregnancy's up 12 weeks have clots or bleeding episodes, if the baby has a good strong heartbeat it all should be fine so hopefully when they do the next ultrasound you'll be at peace, Goodluck!!!!
